As transaction coordinator, Katherine provides administrative, operational and transactional support across Ambrose’s deployment and asset management teams. She brings more than nine years of real estate and mortgage experience, most recently at Fairway Home Mortgage, where she managed documentation and coordinated workflows for more than 250 loan transactions monthly.
Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in geography from Ball State University.
