My passion for this work is driven by my love of business, capital markets and being challenged intellectually. That love has accelerated as I’ve used those skills to secure funding for projects and acquisitions that not only make financial sense, but make a positive difference in people’s lives.

As director of capital markets, Caleb focuses on capital raising activities, investor relations, lender relationships and analyzing real estate and capital market trends. He has a strong capital markets and investment banking background, including time at JLM Financial Investments; Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked in the global investment banking special assets group; WhiteStar Asset Management, where he was involved in underwriting, trading and conducting due diligence processes; and Basic American Financial where he built financial models and led investor presentations.

Caleb earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business with a double major in finance and entrepreneurship. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
