All of Ambrose – our people, culture, processes and focus – is designed to deliver the industry’s best client experiences in supply chain real estate and investment. That means developing responsibly, putting people first and maintaining an adaptive, responsive business strategy. Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program is an extension of this philosophy and serves as a guide for our team in delivering strong, sustainable outcomes for Ambrose and all of our stakeholders. But at the end of the day, Ambrose, our team and our business are driven by three key objectives:

Develop responsibly.

Identify and implement strategies to responsibly develop and deliver best-in-class solutions in supply chain real estate that align with leading market, client and sustainable standards and trends.

Inspire change.

Maintain an inclusive and safe workplace that invests in social well-being and values giving back to the communities where we work, in addition to promoting the advancement and retention of top-tier talent regardless of background or identity.

Build resiliency.

Employ secure processes that protect the interests of our business, our stakeholders and the communities where we develop while acting with accountability and transparency.

‘Ambrose’ is derived from the Greek word meaning immortal. Many of the things we do every single day affects people’s lives, even generationally. That’s the immortal piece of Ambrose. Our impact.

Ambrose Gives

Q

What is Ambrose Gives?

A. Ambrose Gives is a charitable matching and volunteer program created to support team members in donating to causes that positively impact the quality of life within the communities in which we live and do business.

Q

How does it work?

A. In addition to the matching of charitable contributions to eligible 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations and yearly company-sponsored volunteer events, Ambrose team members are provided one day each quarter to volunteer in their own philanthropic areas of interest.

Q

What organizations does the Ambrose team support?

A. Too many to name! In 2023, the Ambrose team supported 28 non-profits through contributions, Impact dollars and charitable matching, in addition to performing 163 hours of volunteering.

Q

What are Impact dollars?

A. Upon hiring and every yearly anniversary thereafter, team members receive $100 Impact dollars to donate to the 501(c)(3) charity of their choice.

Q

What is an example of a company-sponsored volunteer event?

A. Last year, Ambrose’s Team Month celebration in May included each operational team performing a half-day group volunteer activity at the organization of their choice. Organizations that year included Agape Therapeutic Riding Resources, Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, Habitat for Humanity and Shepherd Community Center.
