As development manager, Dan focuses on front end land pursuits, due diligence, entitlements and site development within Ambrose’s speculative development team in the mountain states and southeast regions of the country. With nearly two decades of experience and a strong background in civil engineering across a variety of markets, Dan previously worked at American Structurepoint and Ruekert & Mielke, Inc.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Purdue University.
