As development manager, John supports predevelopment activities and execution of projects for Ambrose’s development team. He comes to Ambrose from Lithko Contracting, where he most recently served as regional preconstruction lead supporting regional pursuits of industrial and commercial projects. Before Lithko, John spent over a decade at American Structurepoint, leading structural engineering and project management for commercial and industrial developments.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Purdue University and is a licensed Indiana Professional Engineer (PE).
