Largest Speculative Industrial Building Ever Constructed in Indianapolis

Indianapolis Central Logistics Park Building I is a 1,200,000 SF, Class A, cross-dock building developed on an infill site located minutes from downtown Indianapolis within the I-465 beltway.

The 40′ clear height building originally started as a 616,000 SF speculative development that was expanded to 1,200,000 to meet market demand, becoming the largest speculative building ever built in the Indianapolis market. The building site features 1,270 auto parking, 500 mail delivery parking and 259 trailer parking with 216 docks, five drive-in doors and an 8″ unreinforced concrete floor slab.

The building also features several green building concepts, including heat island reduction, light pollution reduction, water efficient landscaping, building-level energy metering, use of LED lighting in office and warehouse and enhanced air quality process.

Indianapolis Central Logistics Park is a revitalization of the former Navistar International site, which had been dormant since the organization ceased operations in 2015. Previously home to Indianapolis Works and International Harvester company, the site had served as an employment anchor for the surrounding eastside neighborhoods for over 80 years. Revitalization of the site into Indianapolis Central Logistics Park represents an investment in the eastside of Indianapolis and will create new job opportunities for the community.
