Caterpillar Distribution Center

Build-to-suit construction of a 310,000 SF distribution center for Caterpillar near their large engine plant in Lafayette, Indiana.

The 32′ clear height facility includes a 7,000 SF outboard office and training space. It was strategically developed to accommodate a 100,000 SF future warehouse expansion to support Caterpillar’s anticipated operational growth.
