Construction of a five-story, 100′-tall fulfillment center on a 101-acre site. The fulfillment center features an 823,000-square-foot first floor area and a total 3.8 million square feet of floor area over the entire building – one of the largest industrial buildings in the state of Indiana from a total square footage and volume metric.

The facility integrates high-tech robotics with miles of state-of-the-art material handling equipment to store, organize and fulfill customer orders.
