Build-to-suit construction of a new 143,000 SF Amazon last mile delivery station. The station generates over 200 delivery vehicle cycles every day during peak seasons servicing the greater Kansas City market. The project was one of the first delivery stations in the country fully equipped on opening day with available power for over 500 electric vehicle chargers.
