As senior development manager, Tracy focuses primarily on the management of tenant improvement projects, while also supporting the execution of ground-up developments. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, he was responsible for design and project management services for office and industrial clients with Duke Realty and led the project and development services group for Cushman & Wakefield’s Indianapolis office.
Tracy earned a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in environmental design from Ball State University.
