It’s really important to me that I’m making a difference or impact in whatever I’m doing. I’m excited for the continued growth happening at Ambrose, and I truly believe we have one of the most innovative, flexible and collaborative teams in the industry.

As vice president of talent and culture, Julie spearheads Ambrose’s talent and recruiting efforts and provides overall leadership to organizational culture, processes and strategic growth. With over two decades of experience in helping start-ups and fast-growing organizations with recruiting, talent management and establishing culture programs, Julie previously worked at Chicago-based Paylocity and Mainstreet in Carmel, Indiana.

Julie holds a SHRM-CP certification and graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) with a concentration in management. She is a member of IndyCREW’s Mentoring Committee and serves as a board member for Dress for Success Indianapolis, a non-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing tools for career development.
