As senior vice president of development, Pat focuses on leading execution of Ambrose’s growth strategy, including establishment of operations, land pipeline and speculative development in the mountain states and southeast regions of the country. He manages the company’s speculative development team for all markets. With over two decades of industry experience, Pat spent 15 years at Duke Realty, where he led a team of construction and development professionals in 10 major industrial markets in the central and west regions, including Chicago, Dallas and Southern California. Prior to his time at Duke, he worked at Graycor and C.P. Morgan.
Pat earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois.
