As vice president of asset management, Erin leads the ongoing management and operation of Ambrose’s asset portfolio, including speculative and build-to-suit developments. She also leads disposition efforts across the portfolio and plays an active role in evaluating and executing acquisitions. Erin serves as the lead relationship manager for all occupiers within Ambrose-owned properties.
She brings more than 10 years of experience in property finance and asset management. Prior to joining Ambrose, Erin spent nearly six years at Cushman & Wakefield and five years at Strategic Capital Partners. She is a certified property manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business / management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Erin is heavily involved in various industry organizations, including BOMA, where she serves on their National Advisory Council, IndyCREW and CREDA (formerly NAIOP). She served as the CREDA Indiana Chapter president from 2024 – 2026, previously served as CREDA Indiana Events Committee Chair from 2022 – 2023 and was CREDA Indiana’s Developing Leader of the Year in 2023. In 2024, Erin was named a member of the 2024-2026 CREDA Research Foundation Visionary Class. She has since graduated to Governor of CREDA’s Research Foundation and serves as Forum Chair for National Industrial Perspectives Forum 10. In 2025, she was named as a finalist for Indy’s Best & Brightest by Junior Achievement (JA) of Central Indiana.
Erin also serves on the Junior Achievement Board of Directors.
