I’m driven by a pursuit of quality and perfection, even though I don’t believe perfection is attainable. Improvements can always be made, and seeking perfection pushes me to learn something new each day, find better solutions and look at problems from different perspectives.
As development manager, Clay focuses on the execution of speculative development projects. With more than 10 years of industry experience, he previously worked at Ferguson Construction serving as project manager and later general manager of their Indianapolis office.
Clay holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Dayton.
