As vice president of asset management, Erin focuses on managing tenant relationships and owner’s associations, property management support and lease management. She brings more than 10 years of experience in property finance and asset management. Prior to joining Ambrose, Erin spent nearly six years at Cushman & Wakefield and five years at Strategic Capital Partners. She is a certified property manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business / management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
