As founder and CEO of Ambrose Property Group, Aasif focuses on strategic vision, investment decisions, investor relations and fostering client, industry and community relationships. Prior to founding Ambrose in 2008, Aasif worked at Duke Realty Corporation, now Prologis.
His experience ranges from commercial to industrial real estate developments and transactions. Under Aasif’s leadership, Ambrose has become one of the fastest growing real estate firms.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Aasif holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and real estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.

Aasif is involved in several philanthropic and community organizations, including the 500 Festival, 2024 NBA All Star Game, Central Indiana Community Foundation, Governor’s Luncheon for Scouting (BSA), Indianapolis Zoo, IU Foundation, IU Kelley School of Business Dean’s Council, TeenWorks and the YMCA.
In 2023, Aasif was inducted into the Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame in recognition of his personal and professional achievements, civic leadership and positive impact on improving quality of life in central Indiana.
