554,000 SF Build-to-Suit for First Solar

Build-to-suit construction of a 554,000 SF Class A distribution hub that will house machinery and raw materials to support an adjacent solar panel manufacturing facility.

New equipment will be stored to until needed to maintain critical production lines. Equipment can also be brought over from the adjacent facility for retrofitting or repair. Material storage will include the necessary raw materials for photovoltaic (PV) module construction, such as glass, silicon wafers, coatings and fasteners.

The 40′ clear height building features 80 auto parking, 36 trailer parking, 40 docks and 150′ truck courts.
