Build-to-suit construction of a 254,000 SF tire retread and distribution center . The facility features 38,000 SF of manufacturing space, a 5,500 SF office, 23 hydraulic dock positions and two drive-in doors.

The site is being developed with capabilities to accommodate approximately 58,000 SF of expansion to allow operational growth in years to come.
