Ambrose Property Group hires Vice President of Development, Market Officer

Stephen Lindley steps into new role overseeing developments in Indiana and Ohio

INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced today it has welcomed Stephen Lindley as its new Vice President of Development, Market Officer. In this role, Stephen will focus on supporting Ambrose’s speculative developments within Indiana and Ohio, including managing land inventory, broker relationships and tenant pursuits.

“Stephen will play an integral role in overseeing our developments and expanding Ambrose’s position as an industry leader for logistics and e-commerce real estate solutions,” said Executive Vice President of Development Grant Goldman. “Stephen is well known in the broker community and has experience executing deals and developing business in targeted markets. We are thrilled to have him join the Ambrose team.”

Stephen joins Ambrose after spending seven years at Strategic Capital Partners, where he led the firm’s office leasing efforts and helped grow the company’s industrial business across the Midwest and Southeast as Vice President of Leasing. He is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and received his Master of Business Administration from Butler University. Stephen is a member of NAIOP Indiana and serves as their Developing Leaders chair. He is also a board member of BOMA Indianapolis and a member of The Penrod Society.

Ambrose is developing new e-commerce, industrial and logistics projects locally in Indianapolis, Mount Comfort, Monrovia, Plainfield, Elkhart and Ft. Wayne and was recognized as the 2021 Industrial Developer of the Year by NAIOP Indiana. The company also has projects under development in Cincinnati, Kansas City and Denver.
