Ambrose Property Group expands team for strategic growth and business needs
New employees bring skills and experiences as company announces new projects and expansion
INDIANAPOLIS– Ambrose Property Group continues to grow as the company focuses on e-commerce and industrial real estate development, announcing five new hires this week. The new employees bring valuable skills and experiences to the growing company that recently announced new state-of-the-art e-commerce, manufacturing and logistics projects in Mount Comfort and Monrovia.
“We’re proud to welcome these talented individuals to the Ambrose Property Group team,” said President and Chief Investment Officer Jason Sturman. “Together, we’re embarking on the next phase of this company’s growth which involves expansion not just in Indianapolis, but regionally and nationally.”
Eric Blount, development manager, joins Ambrose with significant experience in development and construction. As development manager, he will provide direct oversight to industrial site development and construction, while also assisting in the pursuit of new opportunities. Eric comes to Ambrose from Simon Property Group, where he spent eight years as a senior retail project manager. He previously worked for Browning Investments, Greenfield Builders and American Structurepoint. Eric earned his Master of Business Administration from Notre Dame University and is a graduate of Ball State University where he completed a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in environmental design.
Cody Garrison, development manager, is focusing on the operation and execution phases of new industrial development projects. Prior to joining Ambrose, Cody spent nearly four years at Duke Realty where he executed on new industrial facilities throughout the country. These projects included e-commerce, industrial food grade, medical grade and speculative facilities. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in building construction management from Purdue University.
Aaron Reynolds, development manager, comes to Ambrose from Thompson Thrift where he led the successful development of mixed-use real estate projects including the $120 million “The Yard” in Fishers. Aaron brings more than 25 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. At Ambrose, he will focus on specific development projects, ensuring site plans are executed throughout the construction and development process. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
Katie Wilkins, marketing director, is responsible for aligning Ambrose’s branding and messaging across all platforms, including marketing collateral, communications, website and social media. Prior to Ambrose, Katie spent 10 years in the AEC industry with Pepper Construction, where she led marketing and communications efforts for its Indiana office to support annual sales in excess of $300 million. Originally from Ohio, Katie is a graduate of Heidelberg University with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations.
Suzann Wolfe, executive assistant, is an accomplished professional with nearly 20 years of C-suite administrative experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership and spirit to the Ambrose team. Prior to joining Ambrose, Suzann served as executive assistant in high-volume, high-pressure environments to several distinguished CEOs in both Manhattan and Silicon Valley. Suzann graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts in industrial/organizational psychology.
