Ambrose Property Group adds former Duke executive to team as VP of Development, Florida Market Officer
Dave Loudenslager to lead company’s business in Florida markets
INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced today that Dave Loudenslager joined the company to oversee Florida operations.
Loudenslager was named vice president of development, Florida market officer to oversee the company’s Florida business, including building Ambrose’s land pipeline, executing on 2023 development starts, managing broker relationships and overseeing tenant pursuits and leasing activity.
“Ambrose has seen tremendous growth over the past two years, including a growing presence in Florida,” said Grant Goldman, executive vice president of development. “Dave is well known and highly respected within our industry, and he will play an integral role in our strategy to continue building Ambrose’s presence in Florida. We look forward to his leadership as we develop and invest throughout the state.”
Loudenslager comes to Ambrose from Duke Realty, where he served as the vice president of leasing and development in South Florida. Prior to his work in leasing, Loudenslager worked in preconstruction and project management for Duke Realty’s speculative projects in Florida. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from The Ohio State University.
The addition of Loudenslager comes ahead of upcoming announcements by Ambrose of new developments across Florida. The developer and investor has acquired land in Palm Beach and Fort Myers for development, with additional plans underway for expansion into the Orlando market. Details on 2023 projects are slated to be announced later this year.
Ambrose is an Indianapolis-based industrial, logistics and e-commerce real estate developer and investor. The company’s portfolio includes Class A buildings and developments throughout the country, including Denver, Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio, as well as Orlando, Palm Beach and Fort Myers, Florida.
