Out of all the sectors, I believe industrial real estate can withstand anything that comes at it in the long-run. The need for warehouses will continue because as consumers we enjoy having tangible products. I personally love driving down the highway seeing buildings that likely fulfilled my most recent online order.
As senior vice president and chief financial officer, Stacey leads Ambrose’s accounting and business operations, supports growth in Ambrose’s fund business, advances organizational infrastructure and streamlines processes and procedures. Prior to Ambrose, she spent 15 years at Duke Realty, where she last served as senior vice president, corporate controller. She previously served as the company’s vice president, director of property accounting. Prior to her time at Duke Realty, Stacey spent five years in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
During Stacey’s tenure at Duke Realty, she was a member of the company’s Operating Committee and Internal Finance Committee. She also served on the Diversity and Inclusion Council and was a co-founder of the Duke Realty Women’s Network, which sponsored various events and speakers that focused on investing in women at Duke Realty and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
Stacey received her Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Indiana University and is a CPA.

Stacey is a member of Agape Therapeutic Riding’s finance committee and previously spent six years on the board of directors which included two years as the board chair. The nonprofit organization aims to provide emotional, cognitive, social and physical growth through horse-assisted therapies and experiences.
