Construction of a 892,000 SF modern bulk distribution center for UPS in Plainfield Logistics Center.
The 36′ clear height building features more than 800 auto parking, 650 trailer parking, 242 dock positions and four drive-in doors. The site was developed to accommodate future expansion by UPS. The project was delivered on a fast-tracked schedule in time for the holiday season.
