As senior development manager, Eric oversees the planning and execution of new development projects for Ambrose’s speculative development team, including due diligence, entitlements, master planning, building design, and construction administration. Prior to joining Ambrose, Eric spent 14 years with Duke Realty planning speculative industrial projects and tenant facilities.
Eric holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
