When viewed from the outside, our business is a bit like an iceberg. People take notice when they start seeing the building go up, but a ton of work happens behind the scenes to get to that point – sometimes a year or more.
As senior vice president, of investments and national build-to-suit officer, Scott focuses on leading deployment for our build-to-suit business, in addition to managing build-to-suit client relationships across the United States. The build-to-suit team has developed projects ranging from multi-level distribution warehouses to fully convertible cold storage facilities to accommodate the varying needs of customers.
Prior to Ambrose, Scott spent 14 years at Duke Realty, where he executed large industrial development projects in markets across the country, including modern industrial, e-commerce and logistics facilities for some of the largest clients in the industrial space. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering and management from Purdue University.
