I’m drawn to the blend of entrepreneurship, acquisitions and financial analysis in industrial real estate, and I value the opportunity to work alongside a team with deep experience and insight across the investment process.
As financial analyst, Nate is responsible for supporting financial modeling and underwriting, market research and analytics and reporting for acquisitions and development. Prior to Ambrose, he spent two years at Extra Space Storage as an investment analyst, building models for acquisitions, dispositions and existing properties after interning for three years at Storage Express.
Nate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
