I enjoy the new challenges that each day brings and working through developing solutions. My sense of pride comes from successfully completing a development project while enhancing the tenant position and relationship.
As development manager, Jim oversees the development and execution of projects within Ambrose’s national build-to-suit team. He has more than two decades of experience in real estate construction and development, including working with organizations such as CB Richard Ellis, Simon Property Group and Thompson-Thrift.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in urban planning and development from the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University.
