As vice president of land development, Blaine focuses on land development in the Midwest and the mountain states regions with initial emphasis on Indianapolis and Denver. Prior to Ambrose, he spent the last 18 years with Duke Realty in various development and leadership roles including as senior vice president of development services.
Blaine attended Purdue University where he received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
