Build-to-suit construction of a new 430,000 SF distribution facility to accommodate Peak Achievement Athletics’ new operation in Plainfield.

The building features 36’ clear height and consolidates older distribution points for Peak’s brands Bauer Hockey, Easton Baseball and Cascade / Maverik Lacrosse under one roof. The new facility provides capacity to expand each individual brand, as well as consideration for seasonal volume and online retail increases.
