Redevelopment of an existing brake manufacturing facility into a 70,000 SF last-mile delivery station for Amazon. The project included a complete overhaul of the site circulation to accommodate a new 30,000 SF vehicle canopy, six new loading dock locations and a new parking lot to accommodate delivery vans and associate parking.

The station generates over 200 delivery vehicle cycles every day during peak seasons and services the Kansas City market.

The station generates over 200 delivery vehicle cycles every day during peak seasons servicing the greater Kansas City market. The project was one of the first delivery stations in the country fully equipped on opening day with available power for over 500 electric vehicle chargers.
