Ambrose Property Group expands team for strategic growth and business needs
Two new team members bring valuable industry experience
INDIANAPOLIS– Ambrose Property Group announced today it has welcomed two new associates to its growing team. Tracy Crum and Kendrick Crisp will draw on their industry experience and continue Ambrose’s commitment to providing the best user experiences in industrial real estate ownership, development and redevelopment.
Tracy Crum, development manager, has nearly 30 years of experience in the commercial design and real estate industry. Throughout his career, Tracy has managed construction projects of all sizes, complexities and stages from preliminary coordination to cost estimating, construction oversight and project closeout. At Ambrose, Tracy will focus primarily on management of tenant improvement projects within the company’s growing portfolio. He will also support the execution of Ambrose’s ground-up developments. Tracy has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University with prior experience at Duke Realty and Cushman & Wakefield.
Kendrick Crisp, staff accountant, has a wealth of experience preparing and auditing financials, overseeing GAAP compliance and processing payroll for clients in the real estate industry. At Ambrose, Kendrick will focus primarily on monthly construction draws and preparation of monthly financials for the company’s rapidly growing portfolio. Kendrick graduated with his bachelor’s degree in accounting and computer information systems from Ball State University.

Ambrose is developing new state-of-the-art e-commerce, manufacturing and logistics projects in Indianapolis, Mount Comfort, Monrovia and Plainfield. The company is continuing to expand not just in Indianapolis, but regionally and nationally as well, with projects underway in Cincinnati, Kansas City and Oklahoma City.
