New team members will support the company’s growing development volume
INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced today it has welcomed three new professionals to its growing team. Amy Gabbard has joined Ambrose as a senior accountant, as well as Greg Rasmussen and Taylor Lenon each in the role of development manager. These new hires come at a time when Ambrose is adding more development projects in the Midwest and expanding into the Denver market.
Amy Gabbard brings a wealth of accounting knowledge from both the corporate and public sectors. She comes to Ambrose with three decades of accounting experience, spending the last six years at Alerding CPA Group in Indianapolis. In her role at Ambrose, Amy will focus on bank draws, month-end close and investor reporting. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Manchester University.
Greg Rasmussen joins Ambrose as a development manager after spending the past five years as a principal at the Indianapolis location of Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc., where he served as the civil engineering practice lead. With Ambrose, Greg will work on speculative projects with his primary focus on land site due diligence, entitlements and predevelopment efforts. He has a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Purdue University.
Taylor Lenon brings a strong construction background to his new role as development manager at Ambrose. He spent the last five years at ALDI overseeing ground-up construction of new stores, as well as renovations and expansions throughout the Midwest. At Ambrose, he will facilitate the execution of speculative development projects. Taylor is a graduate of Purdue University.
“Ambrose has experienced tremendous growth this past year, and key to sustaining that growth while maintaining our core values is strategically expanding our team, as well,” said President and Chief Investment Officer Jason Sturman. “I welcome Amy, Greg and Taylor to our team and can’t wait to see their skills on display for our clients and partners.”
