Ambrose Property Group adds development manager to growing team
Greg Koziol brings decade of industry experience to Ambrose
INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced today it has hired Greg Koziol as development manager, adding another experienced team member to its expanding organization.
For the past decade, Greg has worked in the real estate industry in both Indianapolis and Chicago. He has managed complex projects ranging from the design-build construction of a 660,000-square-foot logistics facility to an $80 million office relocation, including a seven-story monumental stair and roof deck. As development manager at Ambrose, Greg will leverage his extensive background in construction management to execute on developments and focus on build-to-suit projects. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science, Building Construction and Management from Purdue University.

Ambrose is developing new state-of-the-art e-commerce, manufacturing and logistics projects in Indianapolis, Mount Comfort, Monrovia and Plainfield. The company is continuing to expand not just in Indianapolis, but also regionally and nationally as well, with projects in Cincinnati, Toledo, Kansas City, Oklahoma City and Denver.
