Ambrose adds VP of Development Operations and Capital Markets & Investor Relations roles

Craig Forgey, Geoffrey Bear join Ambrose team

INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group added two key roles to its team in a strategic move to continue expanding its operations across the country.

“We are excited to announce that Craig Forgey and Geoffrey Bear have recently joined our team,” said Jason Sturman, Ambrose executive president and chief investment officer. “The wealth of knowledge each of them brings will be an immeasurable asset as Ambrose enters the next phase of national expansion.”

Craig Forgeyjoined as vice president, development operations. In this role, he focuses on managing and further establishing Ambrose’s development operations with a focus on the company’s Florida projects. Forgey previously spent 15 years at TM Crowley & Associates, where he managed development teams with projects throughout the Midwest and other markets. He graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Geoffrey Bear joined as a capital markets and investor relations associate to work with Ambrose’s development team on project closings, capital calls and investor reporting. Prior to Ambrose, he spent two years as senior capital markets associate at Thompson Thrift. Bear is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate.

The personnel additions come as Ambrose continues expanding its national operations. The company’s portfolio includes new industrial, logistics and e-commerce projects in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus and Louisville, plus developments in Colorado and Florida.
