I enjoy working across the organization to simplify priorities, align teams, and keep execution moving forward, while partnering with talented individuals to help them and the firm succeed.
As chief of staff, Anne supports Ambrose Founder and CEO Aasif Bade in advancing key strategic priorities across the organization. In this role, she works closely with leadership to drive execution of high-priority initiatives, strengthen internal coordination and support Ambrose’s institutional investment platform.
Anne brings extensive experience supporting senior leaders and executing strategic initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Immediately prior to joining Ambrose, she served as operations and financial advisor to Project Sankofa, where she helped stabilize and scale operations.
Previously, Anne spent six years with Noodle, a higher-education technology company, where she held several leadership roles, as well as five years at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in operational leadership roles and nine years in political and government operations, including roles at The White House and national political conventions.
Anne holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Meredith College.
