As vice president of financial planning and analysis, Sean leads real estate financial analysis for Ambrose’s deployment, development and asset management operations, in addition to overseeing company software and analysis platforms for operational efficiency.
He has 20 years of experience in capital deployment, real estate financial analysis and accounting. Prior to Ambrose, he served as vice president of capital deployment at Dermody Properties and held various roles at Duke Realty, now Prologis (NYSE: PLD), over a fifteen-year period.
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
