Ambrose Property Group breaks ground on new Fairfield Commerce Park building in Cincinnati
SAF-HOLLAND announced as first tenant in fourth park building
INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group this week announced work has started on the fourth building at Fairfield Commerce Park located in the northwest Cincinnati submarket.
Part of the 232,960-square-foot building is leased to SAF-HOLLAND Group, while another 97,470 square feet is still available. The Class-A distribution building is also seeking LEED certification.
“There continues to be high demand in the industrial and logistics market,” said Grant Goldman, executive vice president of development. “This is an exciting phase of our development at Fairfield Commerce Park, and we are thrilled to have signed SAF-HOLLAND as the first tenant of Building IV. We anticipate the remaining space will be leased before construction is complete.”
“The Fairfield Commerce Park is the ideal location for our aftermarket parts distribution center,” said SAF-HOLLAND Aftermarket Operations Warehouse Manager Brandon Woodard. “This new facility will allow us to more efficiently serve our end-user customers in the eastern half of the United States.”
Fairfield Commerce Park is a 137-acre master planned park located in the northwest Cincinnati submarket. Strategically positioned near the convergence of I-275 and I-75 in the heart of Cincinnati’s largest industrial area, the will have five Class A distribution buildings totaling nearly 2 million square feet. Buildings will range in size from 200,000 square feet to more than 600,000 square feet.
