Ambrose Property Group bolsters development team with proven leaders
Ryan Gallmeyer, Jim Stocks and Todd Justus bring notable talent and leadership
INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced today the hiring of Ryan Gallmeyer as vice president of development operations, as well as Jim Stocks and Todd Justus as development managers. The trio adds decades of experience and proven leadership to its growing development team.
Ryan Gallmeyer comes to Ambrose with 25 years of experience in development, design, and construction. He has held leadership positions at Scannell Properties, Lauth, Bowen Engineering Corporation and, most recently, Buckingham Companies where he led development and construction operations in the Midwest and Southeast. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree from Indiana University.
Jim Stocks has more than 20 years of experience in real estate construction and development. Stocks has worked with organizations such as Simon Property Group, Thompson-Thrift and CB Richard Ellis. He has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University.
Todd Justus joins Ambrose from Duke Realty where he spent the last five years in a superintendent role, including field leadership for a recent Amazon project. Previously, Todd worked at Kiewit Corporation in Hawaii as a field engineer and estimator. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.

Ambrose recently relocated its corporate headquarters to a new state-of-the-art office space at Keystone at the Crossing and is developing new e-commerce, manufacturing and logistics projects locally in Indianapolis, Mount Comfort, Monrovia, Plainfield, Elkhart and Ft. Wayne. The company also has projects under development in Cincinnati, Kansas City, Oklahoma City and Denver.
