Ambrose Property Group hires vice presidents of capital markets and talent and culture
Thomasson and Weisenbach bring leadership and experience to growing company
INDIANAPOLIS – Ambrose Property Group announced today the hiring of Elliott Thomasson as vice president of capital markets and Julie Weisenbach as vice president of talent and culture, adding two experienced leaders to its expanding organization.
Elliott brings over 10 years of investment experience from work in New York and London. For the last five years, he led over €100 million in multifamily housing acquisitions in the United Kingdom and formed an investment fund of €100 million for purchasing residential real estate in the Republic of Ireland on behalf of a London-based family office. As vice president of capital markets at Ambrose, Elliott will focus on sourcing debt and equity, financial analysis and transaction execution for the company’s growing portfolio of e-commerce, manufacturing, and logistics development and re-development. An Indianapolis native, Elliott is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and is currently completing his Master of Business Administration from Warwick Business School in London.
Julie joins Ambrose with two decades of experience in talent recruitment and development, having focused her career on building talent programs for start-ups and fast-growing organizations. She previously worked at Chicago-based Paylocity and Mainstreet in Carmel. As vice president of talent and culture, Julie will spearhead talent recruitment efforts for Ambrose while also providing overall leadership to organizational culture, processes and strategic growth. Julie holds a SHRM-CP certification and graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) with a concentration in management. She was also recently appointed to the board of directors for Dress for Success Indianapolis.

Ambrose recently relocated its corporate headquarters to a new state-of-the-art office space at Keystone at the Crossing and is developing new e-commerce, manufacturing and logistics projects locally in Indianapolis, Mount Comfort, Monrovia, Plainfield, Elkhart and Ft. Wayne. The company also has projects under development in Cincinnati, Kansas City, Oklahoma City and Denver.
