As engagement manager, M.J. manages internal and external events and brand merchandise strategy in addition to providing support to client initiatives, internal engagement efforts and team communication. She previously worked at Marketplace Events, where she coordinated large-scale consumer events (up to 50,000 attendees), including logistics, budgeting and social media promotion.
M.J. has a Master of Science in athletic administration / sport management and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation (B.S.R.) in tourism, hospitality and event management both from Indiana University.
