I enjoy the new challenges that come with starting up a new building. We are always looking for ways to make our speculative buildings better for potential tenants, which drives change.
As vice president, development operations, Cody leads the planning and execution for Ambrose’s national build-to-suit operations, which includes projects across the U.S. for clients such as Amazon, Deckers Brands, First Solar and Love’s Truck Solutions. Prior to joining Ambrose, Cody spent nearly four years at Duke Realty, where he executed on new industrial facilities throughout the country, including e-commerce, industrial food grade, medical grade and speculative.
Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in building construction management from Purdue University.
