As senior vice president of investments, Pat focuses on leading deployment for Ambrose’s acquisitions platform and joint venture and geographic market expansion strategies. With over two decades of industry experience, Pat spent 15 years at Duke Realty, where he led a team of construction and development professionals in 10 major industrial markets in the central and west regions, including Chicago, Dallas and Southern California. Prior to his time at Duke, he worked at Graycor and C.P. Morgan.
Pat earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois.
