As executive vice president of development, Grant is responsible for providing overall leadership to our legal, asset management and development operations team, from land acquisition to construction to leasing and dispositions, as well as the company’s market expansion strategy. In 2022, Ambrose developments totaled more than $440 million in new, state-of-the-art speculative and build-to-suit projects nationally. Prior to Ambrose, Grant spent more than ten years at Pepper Construction, where he led company growth strategy for their Indiana office and was involved with projects ranging from small renovations to large new construction in excess of $200 million.

Grant holds a Master of Science in civil engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Purdue University.

Grant is a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series and was named one of Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40, as well as ENR’s Top 20 Under 40. He is involved in multiple community and industry organizations, including the Plainfield Economic Improvement District and the Edna Martin Christian Center.
