I enjoy the new challenges that come with starting up a new building. We are always looking for ways to make our speculative buildings better for potential tenants, which drives change.
As director of development, Cody provides leadership oversight to the planning and construction phases of new developments for national, build-to-suit clients. Prior to joining Ambrose, Cody spent nearly four years at Duke Realty, where he executed on new industrial facilities throughout the country, including e-commerce, industrial food grade, medical grade and speculative.
Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in building construction management from Purdue University.
