Over the course of his career, Bade has spearheaded over $125 million in commercial development, leased over 3 million SF of space and handled over $200 million in commercial real estate transactions. Bade has a thorough understanding of the complexities between office and industrial product and applies this expertise into every aspect of the business to ensure the best results for his clients.
Aasif is actively involved with the community and is active with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR). Bade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
Patrick M. Chittenden, Vice President, has extensive experience in the construction and development of commercial sites. He is responsible for the development, brokerage and marketing side of the business and manages day to day operations for Ambrose Property Group.
Mr. Chittenden resides in Carmel, and is heavily involved with the Hamilton County community and is active with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR). Mr. Chittenden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Salesperson.
Phil Armstrong, Vice President, Property Management has provided property management supervision for office and industrial portfolios during his 31-year commercial real estate career.
He has overseen the property management of a nearly 1 million-square-foot office portfolio at Keystone at the Crossing as well as more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial property at the 1,200-acre Park 100 Business Park. Further, he was a part of the team that assembled the land and developed the master plan for Parkwood Crossing located at 96th and Meridian on Indianapolis' Northside.
