Lynn is a Managing Director at Ambrose Property Group, where she is responsible for leading the company’s private equity efforts. She has 24 years of institutional real estate investment experience, having worked with virtually all property types, in the U.S. as well as internationally.
Over her career, Lynn has completed $10 billion in transactions of various forms,including complex joint ventures with operating partners, direct purchases and sales of real estate, mezzanine investments, and public market transactions.
In 2013, she founded Citrine Investment Group, an investment management firm,and ran an absolute return, value-oriented long/short hedge fund focused on publicly traded real estate. Prior to founding Citrine, Lynn spent seven years as a Senior Vice President and Partner at GEM Realty Capital, a real estate securities and private equity firm, where she sourced and closed investments and managed the firm’s acquisitions team. She was also a Vice President at The Carlyle Group and worked at Goldman Sachs (The Whitehall Funds), and The Yarmouth Group. Lynn is on the Board of Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, Embarc Chicago, and the New Coast Foundation. She is a magna cum laude graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Operations and Information Management.
