As vice president of asset management, Katrina focuses on managing tenant relationships and owner’s associations, property management support and lease management. She brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including financial analysis, acquisitions, leasing, development and appraisal. Katrina’s experience prior to joining Ambrose includes four years as AVP of Investments with Becknell Industrial, where she pursued acquisitions and the leasing of speculative developments, and 10 years performing financial analysis with Duke Realty.
Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and real estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
