Ambrose Property Group was the winning bidder to purchase the loan secured by Landmark Center, which was auctioned by Auction.com. Ambrose took ownership in December 2013. Landmark Center is a 294,485 square foot, Class A, 12-story multi-tenant office building. The building was built in 1984 and renovated in 2004. At the time of purchase, the building was 40% leased. In a very short time, Ambrose has stabilized Landmark to 90% leased. Ambrose will be undertaking 1st floor lobby and elevator lobby upgrades as well as development of a new cafe and state-of-the-art fitness center.
