Ambrose Property Group closed on the purchase of 500 North Meridian in June 2014. The complex has been mostly vacant since their biggest tenant, Safeco Corp. left in 2009. 500 North Meridian is a 400,000 square foot, Class A, 7-story multi-tenant office building. Ambrose also purchased the 1,000 space parking garage adjacent to the office complex. Having completed the elevator and lobby upgrades, and adding a new café and state-of-the-art fitness center, Ambrose is on track in allowing 500 N Meridian to return to occupancy.
