Phillip Armstrong, Vice President, Property Management
Phil Armstrong has provided property management supervision for office and industrial portfolios for most of his 31-year commercial real estate career. He has overseen the property management of a nearly 1 million-square-foot office portfolio at Keystone at the Crossing as well as more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial property at the 1,200-acre Park 100 Business Park. Further, he was a part of the team that assembled the land and developed the master plan for Parkwood Crossing located at 96th and Meridian on Indianapolis’ northside.
